The Leopold Museum offers interactive tours and art education programs for all schools and age groups, focusing on the individual needs of young visitors. Art is experienced and discovered as an exciting encounter in playfully structured guided tours as well as in active dialogue.
You can book 1-hour guided tours of the permanent collection or current special exhibitions, which are tailored to the age, knowledge, and abilities of the students. Individual wishes are also welcome.
School programs with art educators from the Leopold Museum can be booked during regular opening hours, depending on the availability of the studio.
Please request your tour date as soon as possible, but at least 14 days in advance of your visit.
For preregistered school groups, a coat room is available at no charge.
During the museum visit instructors and chaperones carry the responsibility of supervision and are obligated to accompany their group at all times.
If a group does not show up for the agreed tour date or is delayed by more than 20 minutes, no services will be rendered. In the case of a minor delay, the tour(s) will be shortened by the corresponding amount of time.
Cancellations up to three working days prior to the tour are free of charge and must be made in writing. Cancellations arriving later and no-show groups will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 75.00 per tour group.
