Our rates vary according to space, number of guests, date, and times of events.

The rental fee includes all admissions for guests, staff expenditures (security, guards, coat room, cleaning), and furnishings, as far as they are available. We gladly custom tailor set-up and dismantling times according to the event requirements, in coordination with museum operations. The fee calculation for additional set-up and dismantling times depends on their scope. Not included in the offer are technical support, technical equipment, or catering.

Event Times

Public operation hours are daily between 10 am and 6 pm. Level -2, the studio, the auditorium, and individual museum spaces may, if available, be rented during these times. The Atrium and Lounge are frequented by visitors during regular opening hours and may only be rented for exclusive events outside of opening hours.

The Leopold Museum does not work exclusively with the following companies, but recommends them as our partners.

You are free to hire the catering company of your choice. We are happy to work with others chosen outside of our list and acquaint them with our facilities. In such cases, however, a handling fee of 10% of the rental price will be charged.
