• Veranstalterin des Gewinnspiels ist die Leopold Museum-Privatstiftung. Das Gewinnspiel endet zum genannten Zeitpunkt.
• Die Teilnahme erfolgt über das Ausfüllen der erforderlichen Daten im oben angegeben Formular, sowie der der Zustimmung zu unserer Datenschutzerklärung und den Gewinnspiel-Bedingungen. Mit Absenden des Formulars nehmen Sie automatisch am Gewinnspiel teil. Um Ihre Newsletter-Anmeldung zu bestätigen, schicken wir Ihnen eine Nachricht an die von Ihnen angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Erst durch Klicken auf den in der E-Mail angegebenen Link wird Ihre Newsletter-Anmeldung bestätigt.
• Mehrfachteilnahmen sind untersagt. Die Daten werden zur Auswertung der Gewinner*innen genützt und keinen Dritten zur Verfügung gestellt. Ausnahme besteht, falls der/die Gewinnspielteilnehmer*in einer Nutzung seiner/ihrer E-Mail-Adresse für Eigenzwecke (Newsletter-Marketing) zustimmt.
• Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Die Wahrnehmung des Gewinns findet ausschließlich in Österreich statt.
• Die Gewinner werden innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Abschluss des Gewinnspiels nach Zufallsprinzip ermittelt und per E-Mail/per DM von der Leopold Museum-Privatstiftung verständigt.
• Mitarbeiter*innen oder Angehörige der Leopold Museum-Privatstiftung und der Gewinnspielpartner sind vom Gewinn ausgeschlossen.
• Es ist keine Barablöse möglich, die Angaben sind ohne Gewähr, der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
• Gewinnspiele der Leopold Museum-Privatstiftung stehen in keinem Zusammenhang mit Meta.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The organizer of the competition is the Leopold Museum-Privatstiftung. The competition ends at the specified time.
• Participation takes place by completing the required information in the form provided above and by agreeing to our privacy policy and competition terms. By submitting the form, you automatically enter the giveaway. To confirm your newsletter subscription, we will send a message to the email address you provided. Your newsletter subscription is only confirmed once you click the link in the email.
• Multiple entries are not permitted. The data will be used to determine the winner(s) and will not be shared with third parties. An exception applies if the competition participant agrees to the use of their email address for internal purposes (newsletter marketing).
• Eligible participants are individuals who are at least 18 years old. The prize can only be redeemed in Austria.
• The winners will be selected at random within 14 days after the end of the competition and will be notified via email/DM by the Leopold Museum Private Foundation.
• Employees or relatives of the Leopold Museum Private Foundation and the competition partners are excluded from participation.
• A cash payout is not possible. All information is provided without guarantee. Legal recourse is excluded.
• Competitions of the Leopold Museum Private Foundation are not associated with Meta.
